What this site collects, and what it does not
Last updated 22 September 2026
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and makes no third-party requests. Fonts are served from this domain. The only information we receive is what you type into the demo form.
The demo request form
If you submit the form we store the company name, your name, your work email, and — when you choose to provide them — your phone number, how many plants you run, which areas you want to see, and anything you write in the message box.
We also store the referring page your browser reported, your browser’s user-agent string, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address. The hash exists so repeated automated submissions can be recognised; it is not reversible into an address, and when the salt is not configured no IP information is stored at all.
We use this only to contact you about a demo and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored and who can read it
Demo requests are stored in our MongoDB Atlas database, separately from any customer’s quality records. Inside ProQualityLabs, only platform administrators can read them.
The form is rate limited and protected by a hidden field that automated submissions tend to fill in. Submissions that trip it are discarded rather than stored.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we are in contact with you about ProQualityLabs, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have a record of what was discussed. We have not set a fixed automatic deletion period; if that matters to you, tell us and we will delete yours.
Who processes data on our behalf
We cannot run ProQualityLabs without infrastructure providers, so saying “we never share your data” would not be true. The providers that process data for us are:
- Google Cloud Platform — hosting for this site and the application.
- MongoDB Atlas — the database holding records, including demo requests.
- Google Cloud Storage — files customers upload to the application, such as inspection images and CAD files.
- Firebase Authentication — sign-in for the application. Not used by this website.
- Resend — outbound email from the application, such as the gage calibration digest.
- Google Gemini — optional, used only by the CMM module to suggest an inspection strategy when a customer enables it.
These providers act on our instructions. They are not given your information for their own marketing.
Customer quality data is a separate matter
This notice covers this website. The quality records a customer keeps inside ProQualityLabs — nonconformances, investigations, calibration records, CAD files — belong to that customer and are governed by their agreement with us, not by this page. Those records are scoped to the customer’s own company and plants.
Asking us to show, correct or delete what we hold
Email hello@q-track.app and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no form to fill in.
Depending on where you are, you may have specific statutory rights over your personal data. This notice describes what we actually do; it is not a statement that any particular legal regime has been satisfied.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly start collecting something this page does not mention.
